- Promotion of apartment on the real estate market, in particular: positioning, advertising in appropriate publications, and cooperation with staff from other agencies.
- Organization of apartment viewings by potential tenants.
- Organization of lease agreement negotiations with approved clients to ensure mutually beneficial conditions for both tenant and landlord.
- Preparation of all legal documentation necessary for the signing of the lease agreement, and for registration of the agreement with the appropriate municipal and fiscal authorities.
- Apartment insurance for the entire term of the lease agreement.
- Lease management: resolution of any disagreements and disputes throughout the entire period of the lease agreement.
- Property management: 24 hours per day, 7 days a week service providing resolution of any technical problems and correction of any faults which may occur in the apartment.
