Initial Offer and Property Presentation
Upon receipt of your order, we send you a package of preliminary information, containing up-to-date material on each prospective property. This package contains photographs and lay-out details of the apartments. A more in-depth presentation of information on each apartment is given during the subsequent meeting.
Apartment Viewings and City Tours
This service is available to clients and their family members (if applicable), who have recently arrived to Kiev, or who plan to move to Kiev in the near future. We organize a city excursion to help familiarize the client with the capital, including the various districts, interesting examples of real estate premises, and different types of buildings. The excursion covers the infrastructure of the districts in which the Client is interested, including the best restaurants, supermarkets, fitness-clubs, and medical centers. It is possible, upon request, to visit schools and kindergardens. Kiev sight-seeing tour is also possible.
We organize apartment viewings in accordance with the wishes of the client regarding dates, days and times. This includes evening hours and weekends. We provide comfortable transportation and experienced drivers.
The Lease Agreement
- Preliminary check of legal status of real estate premises;
- Consultations on taxation and optimization of expenses;
- Conduct of negotiations with the property owner on behalf of the client;
- Preparation of a lease agreement in accordance with, and corresponding to, the requirements and standards of the client's company;
- Registration of both the lease agreement, and the client personally, with the relevant public and municipal institutions;
- Insurance of the premises and personal liability by the leading Ukrainian insurance company;
Property Renewal and Moving-in
- Conduct of apartment/cottage engineering and electrical system checks by specialists of our Technical Department;
- If required, Conduct of necessary repairs of the premises by our Maintenance Department personnel;
- Organization of transportation of Client's furniture and personal belongings;
- Assistance in making the new apartment as comfortable and cozy as possible for the Client and his/her family members: installation of additional lamps, hanging of curtains and paintings;
- Clean-up of the apartment by professional cleaners;
Property Management and Tenancy Support
- All specialists of our company are contactable 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, including public holidays;
- Our company's experts will solve any disputes with the Landlord which may arise after the signing of the lease agreement. They are always glad to help the Client to solve any legal or technical questions which may arise during his/her stay in Kiev;
- Our company's specialists will control the signing of the apartment's acceptance protocol by the tenant, and, should the need arise, the cessation of the lease agreement;
- Staff from our technical and maintenance departments will oversee the resolution of any problems with the technical and engineering systems of the apartment.
